DELE LAWOREManaging Director/CEO
He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 26 years of Investment Banking and Business Finance experience. His work experience covers the Securities and Exchange Commission, Afribank Plc, NAL Bank Plc and Equatorial Trust Bank Limited.

Before leaving NAL in 1990, he rose to the level of a full Manager and was directly involved in the execution of many capital issues, mergers and acquisitions as well as loan syndication assignments.

Mr. Lawore is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. As the pioneer Managing Director & Chief Executive of ITI, he has had the responsibility of growing the Company from a modest start to the present status of a billion naira assets based company.

He is also a Director of Acen Insurance Co. Plc and Integrated Homes Savings & Loans Ltd. Mr. Lawore is married with children.

Prof. Okafor is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and a PHD holder from the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a Member of the German Society of Electrical Engineers and several other engineering professional associations both locally and abroad.

His work experience spans almost 3 decades in the University of Lagos where he started as a Graduate Assistant in 1985 and became an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering in October 2002. He was the Special Assistant to the President on Power Sector reforms and handled several major power project reforms in Nigeria most notably the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP).

He is currently a visiting Professor to Technical University of Dresden, Germany. Professor Okafor joined the board of Integratedtrust on June 2014. He is married with children.


Mrs. Lawore holds an LLB in Law from University of Lagos and BL from Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island-Lagos. She is a member of Nigerian Bar association (NBA), a legal practitioner and an advocate with over 15 years experience in legal practice.
She also has a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State.

Her work experience covers Unipetrol Nigeria Plc (now Oando Plc) where she rose from the position of the Personal Secretary to the Managing Director/CEO to the position of Corporate Affairs Manager before she left in 2001 to establish Toyin Lawore & Co where she is presently the Managing Counsel.

Mrs. Lawore is a Director in other companies including Acen Insurance Company Plc.
She is happily married with children.
